Professor Iosif Constantin Dragan’s contribution to all educational fields is impressive: ever since the early seventies he worked on a project: a Treaty for a Cultural European Community, submitting it to the Council of Europe and discussing it.

He created in Milan a University for permanent, lifelong education: the Libera Università Lombarda Golden Age University (Unigold), now renamed Dragan University – Golden Age, and founded in Romania the Dragan European University with two faculties (Law and Economics) and two campuses (Lugoj and Braşov). These were aiming to assist in the improvement of university standards in Eastern Europe.
