Edizioni Nagard was founded in Rome in 1977 and later moved to Milan, where it publishes books on different topics, relating to the cultural interests of the Dragan European Foundation, with the aim to foster a European cultural community and form a European conscience.

The publishing house also produces several periodicals, including: Bulletin européen (in French and Italian), a free forum on Europeanism, first published in 1950 to promote the idea of a united Europe; Rivista della Fondazione Dragan, a collection of records and documents regarding history, science and the series of public lectures on political studies arranged by the Foundation and published later as a Foundation Series; the Rivista della Cooperazione Giuridica Internazionale (Review of International Legal Cooperation), a quarterly periodical with Professor Augusto Sinagra as its Chief editor, published by the Dragan European Foundation in collaboration with Istituto Internazionale di Studi Giuridici (the International Institute of Legal Studies), and Geo-Archeologia, a six-monthly review written by specialists in geology, palaeontology, mineralogy, speleology and archaeology.
