Camera di Commercio Italo-Romena

The Camera di Commercio Italo-Romena (Italian-Romanian Chamber of Commerce) was set up in Milan by Iosif Constantin Dragan in 1973. Under its charter, it was a non-profit organisation which strived to promote and intensify relations between Italy and Romania, especially on an economic and financial level, as well as touristically and culturally.

The Italian-Romanian Chamber of Commerce’s publications mainly deal with Romanian legislation on investments and Romania’s legal and tax laws, including related updates. Above all, the fields tackled cover company law, tax legislation, foreign investments, privatisation procedures, agreements and treaties between Italy and Romania, a guide to tax in Romania, a guide to the customs regime and free ports, depressed areas, industrial parks etc.

Edizioni Nagard published a specialised series by the Italian-Romanian Chamber of Commerce totalling fourteen volumes of significant importance for foreign investors, accompanied by a series of newsletters and communications to members.
