Cybernetics Academy Odobleja - Newsletter
The Ştefan Odobleja Cybernetics Academy, one of the Dragan European Foundation’s scientific departments, besides monographic works on Cybernetics and its applications, has printed a series of 18 scientific bulletins entitled Cybernetics Academy Odobleja - Newsletter, published in English between 1983 and 1988 (with some contributors writing in French).
This quarterly publication aims to sum up the results and applications of Cybernetics, as a scientific paradigm for an understanding and resolution of scientific and technological but economic and social problems alike.
The theoretical and philosophical breadth and depth of the topics covered are remarkable, thanks to the invaluable work of the international Scientific and Editorial Committee and its head office in Switzerland.
Scientific aspects and issues in the most diverse disciplines, ranging from physics to medicine, from psychology to linguistics, and from engineering to education theory are given ample space and are dealt with, using a common systemic approach.
