Journals and Periodicals
Rivista della Cooperazione Giuridica Internazionale
The Rivista della Cooperazione Giuridica Internazionale is a quarterly periodical created under the patronage of the International Institute of Law Studies and the Dragan European Foundation. The second series, which commenced in 1999, follows the same principles that inspired the previous publication: the need for development of international legal cooperation, studying in depth the diverse and complex problems connected with it, and the need to foster its development and study as much as possible.
The new series dedicates more space to theoretical studies and essential documentation required by the particular States showcased each time. Next follows the section dedicated to communication, rules and regulations and the Law, and finally there is a bibliographic section. Studies and documentation are reproduced in the original language to avoid altering their texts and to facilitate maximum circulation at an international level.
This scientific publication, one of the better known and studied among those published in Italy in the field of international legal cooperation, has gained international recognition, boasting among its subscribers prestigious academies, universities, institutions, and scholars worldwide.
