The Dragan European Foundation, besides fostering scientific debate between experts, also encourages public cultural debates. Its publications reflect these inspirations, which can be seen in the variety of interests, domains of knowledge and research directions, which are in turn an expression of the thought and eclectic personality of Professor Iosif Constantin Dragan.

During the Foundation’s history, which spans over several decennia, some sectors have been more developed. However, the areas of application of the Foundation represent a systemic whole, where every publication is part of that whole and finds its full meaning in it.

At first it is hard to glimpse a unifying line in all this knowledge. Yet the careful reader, who is passionate and guided by independent judgement, will realise that to reconstruct independently the unity of design underlying the publishing and cultural activities of the Foundation can be one of the most stimulating intellectual adventures.
